Refund policy

SECTION 1 - Right of withdrawal – physical products

You have the right to withdraw from a purchase of a physical product within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

We only accept non-faulty returns. The product must be unused and in perfect condition, with its undamaged original packaging.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Please note that if you only return part of your order, you may not be refunded your shipping costs and transaction fee.

The goods must be returned to the address given by the Seller (provided in e-mail after withdraw request) without undue delay and in any event not later than thirty (30) days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the goods were defective upon receipt. If this is the case, please follow the return instructions for defective goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.

The shipping cost is non-refundable, the refunded amount will be reduced by the shipping cost.

The payment transaction fee is non-refundable, the refunded amount will be reduced by the transaction fee.

Goods that were defective upon arrival may be returned within the fourteen-day withdrawal period free of charge. 

Information on returning goods from countries outside the European Union

For returns from countries outside the European Union, you additionally bear the cost of any fees, such as customs duties in particular. The aforementioned costs will be offset against the payment you have already made and the resulting difference will be refunded via the original payment method.

If you are located outside the EU, please keep the original export declaration (shipping paperwork) in case you decide to return a product; you may qualify to receive a refund on import duties paid. Learn more about this here.

SECTION 2 - Right of withdrawal – digital content

You have the right to withdraw from a purchase of a digital content within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you bought.

The Customer acknowledges that he/she lose their right to withdraw in the following cases.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts regarding the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance of the contract has begun with your prior express consent to the beginning of the performance of the contract during the withdrawal period and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

The Customer loses their right to withdraw once the digital content (DIY files) was downloaded with the provided unique download link.
